In hospital ideas:
identification scanner
vending machine like structure
varying dose amounts

At home ideas:
semi portable device
inflammation, chronic pain, increases body temperature.
constant online connection to hospital
automatic dialing of emergency service if body temperature is out of range or consistently high dosages have been administered.
body temperature sensing, doctor assigns dosage to specific temperatures, machine administers medicine.
height specific (individually modified) dose administration to allow easy access to medicine. ( some diseases may prevent or increase pain if patient has to pick up a pill or open a container)
liquid form. This avoids the complication of drinking water (which means the machine has to be near water). Faster absorption into the body.
can vary amount more accurately. however liquid may need to be shaken or replaced more often to maintain freshness.

can have pill form, water as part of the machine. pill is hard to swallow. however pill allows for us to control the speed of the medicine being absorbed in the body.
slight pressure to the tube causes the machine to dispense medicine.

Gas???
similar to laughing gas, xenon
light weight, machine is more portable and compact
under pressure (compressed), less refills
fast
varying dosages
directly to lung then brain
only requires breathing, no swallowing
taste is less obvious
carry more dosages

for hospital use, minimizes sanitation problems(no mouth contact).

Mobile:
smaller component of home device.
easily transportable
max of a daily dose
Gas: carry more dosages
small pressurized pain packets
inhaler type model, capsule tank

Customer:
young adults to senior
non bed ridden patients
patients with access to medical care

Safety:
gas in inside chamber, only the doctor/hospital can access. multiple protective chambers, to prevent leaks and unauthorized penetration.
doctor controls dosage through computer program that recognizes individual body heat.
warning siren if problem occurs.
emergency dial up connection all day long

approximate size:
hospital- basement containing pressurized gas, but substations the size of ATM machines located sporadically throughout the hospital. connected to basement by tubing.

Home device- tall and narrow (only one type of medicine and has to be taller than person) tall vertical heater size.

Mobile device size- inhaler, size of a aluminum coke can.

Electronics:
main control board- LCD screen/voice control/buttons(not likely)/ rolling ball ( like golf arcade game)
heat sensor
height sensor (hospital)
alarm system
hospital connection/doctor access
portable- charger

Energy sources:
electricity
wall socket
battery- portable
emergency backup power to prevent depressurization, medicine needed in a power outage.
